We had an amazing experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Savannah, GA! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was classy, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything came out tasting great. A special shoutout to our servers, Kimberly and Alaila, who made the experience even better. They were both friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire meal. Their service really stood out and helped make the night special. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse in Savannah with excellent food and outstanding service, I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House! The service was excellent, and our servers, Alayla and Kimberly, were both wonderful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. I ordered the NY Strip, and it was delicious, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was great, and the entire experience made for a memorable dinner. Huge shoutout to Alayla and Kimberly for making the night even better. Definitely recommend Ruth’s Chris and would come back again!

Not my best experience. The hostess was wonderful, she sat us promptly and checked on us a couple of times. The manager stopped by our table after we had our meal and was very pleasant. I did not want to get upset so I did not express my dissatisfaction. I am having a difficult time rating the food because all of the food except for my NY steak was very good. It was very disappointing. The steak was so thin it took up most of the plate and of course because it was so thin it was over cooked and definitely not medium rare. Lastly, I have never seen so much fat left on a steak. I want to be fair and mention the rest of the food which was great. The wedge salad, the crab cakes, the potatoes all great and the filet was a typical thick cut cooked perfectly. It was just not my night.
