Great hotel! We booked on points and enjoyed many nice perks as my husband is an globalist. Awesome location, easy to walk or bike (using the hotel bikes!) everywhere. We loved our room and the views of the square. Everyone was super nice, Ervin was especially great, sprinting to get our car when we were leaving. Thank you, would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic five night stay to kick off our spring break adventures. Sean was very helpful in the week leading up to the trip in helping us select an upgraded room to make our stay even more comfortable. Our teenage girls loved the snacks and soda delivered to the room each day and well as the nightly s’mores. That was quite the novelty for a hotel. The birthday note and treat delivered to our room shortly after arrival was a lovely, personal touch. The girls also enjoyed seeing where their stuffed animals would be arranged on the bed each day. Such a small thing, but a nice gesture. Housekeeping also took the time to make the air mattress bed one of the girls was using. That was completely outside of something they needed to do for us. Our room was extremely clean and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. I never heard anyone from other rooms at any point during our stay and slept better than I have in a hotel in a long time. The sound machines in the rooms are definitely appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to find time to enjoy the bikes they have available when I do.

This hotel is in the perfecctttt location - right between the river and Broughton St where there are tons of shops and restaurants. All of the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful when we had questions, including the valet staff (Ervin was so kind!). The rooms were very clean and modern. They had a sound machine in the room which was awesome for being right downtown on a Saturday night. Our favorite amenity was their free cruiser bikes - we just had to sign a waiver and we could take them for as long as we wanted! We rode them to Forsyth park and it was so much fun! They also have a fire pit on the terrace and offer s’mores from 6-10 every night! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

We loved our stay at the Andaz. Our room was great, we had the Ellis Square Suite. All of the employees were extremely nice and attentive. Special shoutout to Ervin for a stellar valet experience. Great walkable location to everything. 10/10 experience!

Ervin with the valet has taken great care of us every stay. Hard working and positive attitude with what must be a very stressful job. Last stay was over St Patrick’s and once again the hotel and valet were very busy. Both times we had no issues leaving or retrieving our car. Valet even helped with luggage. Incredible work ethic and professionalism you don’t see often anymore. Hotel is a great location and they take care of Hyatt globalist guests. Love the spacious andaz suites and complimentary soda / water / snacks are an added bonus at Andaz. As a cat 4 this is a great redemption.
