Witcover and opened in 1906, the building replaced the old City Exchange and became the first structure built specifically to serve as Savannah’s municipal government. Its Renaissance Revival design, granite and limestone exterior, grand columns, clock, and gold-leafed dome give it a civic elegance that feels perfectly suited to Savannah — historic, formal, and unmistakably photogenic, especially glowing at night.

So systemically , the rising costs of what you're doing in the city of savannah , is a direct cause of voter disenfranchisement under the current mayor, Who is systemically making people homeless? So people can't vote. Where do homeless people get in address and money?When prices keep rising higher? You are doing a great job with the golden dome. And our plan is working out. We think Jay S.Melder would make a great President. He's making lots and lots of money for governor Brian Kemp and the state of Georgia. He is a financial genius and wizard. Jay is a great asset.
