I had the Purple Crab salad. I was reluctant to spend $22.00 on a salad; however, after I ate it, I wanted to purchase another one. The only reason I didn't was because I was full. Its rare for me to become full off of a salad. The staff was very friendly and professional. The next time I'm in town, I am coming back.

10/10 I simply can’t wait to return to this establishment after stopping by on a 13 hour drive. First of all, we showed up maybe 15 or 20 minutes before closing and the staff never mentioned once that they were about to close, as we were enjoying our meal I pulled up the website to see that they had been closed for almost 20 minutes by then and never once did our server or anyone rush us, they allowed us to enjoy our experience. Our server Rick was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu, gave us space but checked on us often as well. We enjoyed the artillery punch, the lobster and crab bisque soup, the crab dip with homemade (literally fresh and hot) tortilla chips, my brother had the pan seared mahi, my niece had the fettuccini Alfredo, and the star of the show was the shrimp and lobster ravioli. The highest of highest compliments to the chef, i can’t wait to come back and eat here again!

Me and my dad really enjoyed the experience at River House last week. The scallops and the collard greens were amazing, but the Grouper Oscar stole the show. I admired how homely the food tasted and you can tell each dish was made with love.
