When we arrived there was standing room only and despite having reservations, we had to wait. What we weren't told is that we could have gone to sit at the bar while waiting for our table. When the hostess called our name for our table, she just started walking-I guess in the hopes that we would follow. When my fiance responded to her calling our name, as the hostess was walking off, she turned to us and rolled her eyes. Our server, Brianna, was such a joy. Service did get a bit slow when the kitchen got backed up. When our food came out, I became quickly disappointed that the Brussels sprouts were not crispy nor did they have the honey drizzle. This was incredibly disappointing as this is one thing I look forward to when we come to Ruth's Chris. My steak was cooked to perfection and my fiance's fish was delicious. We had the creme brulee for dessert and it was delicious as usual. Brianna did tell us that the manager was going to remove the Brussels sprouts but when we got the check, they were still on there. Overall, it was not the best experience but we will give them a chance to redeem themselves in the future.

This was a first for us. We decided on this place for our 37th wedding anniversary. What a great decision. We pulled out all the stops - and started with cocktails, appetizers, soup, a salad, our entrees, wine & dessert. And though it was pricey…what a lovely experience to celebrate 37 years of love, life, and all that goes along with it. The food was excellent, the service was above & beyond what I could have expected & we enjoyed every moment of our time there. We even put in a reservation for 5pm at about 4:55 as we were walking in the door & told them it was our anniversary - and they had the table spread with roses & made the atmosphere just perfect for us. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for giving us a lovely night to celebrate 37 years. I would definitely do this again.

The steaks are absolutely outstanding—cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and served sizzling just the way they should be. Every bite is packed with flavor. The sides are just as impressive, especially the buttery potatoes and fresh vegetables, which are perfect for sharing. This is consistently one of the best dining experiences around. If you’re looking for top-tier food, excellent service, and a memorable evening, Ruth’s Chris is always a great choice

Ruth's Chris has always been one of my favorite places, and this visit was especially meaningful. I made a reservation for one and spent the evening celebrating the last day of my 30s. Some people may see dining alone as lonely, but for me it was a moment of gratitude, reflection, and self-love. There was no other place I would have rather spent that evening than at Ruth's Chris. The atmosphere was elegant as always, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Every detail contributed to making the night feel special. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Ruth's Chris. It's been a favorite of mine for years, not just because of the amazing food, but because it consistently delivers an experience. This dinner was the perfect way to close one chapter of my life and welcome another. What made the evening truly special was my waitress, Mary Alexis. From the moment I sat down, she consistently called me "Queen," and it may seem like a small thing, but it made me feel celebrated, valued, and seen on such a meaningful night. Her warmth, kindness, and attentiveness elevated an already wonderful experience. Thank you for helping make my last night in my 30s one to remember.
