My friend and I met in Savannah to celebrate our birthdays! We had a spectacular time and we also enjoyed the hotel staff. Every person and I do mean staff member regardless of hour met us with smiles and bids to have a great day or evening. Very courteous! The bathroom was a little aged but that doesn’t dilute how wonderful the entire staff presented itself.

This is a great place to stay. Everyone was very professional and supportive. I feel that breakfast should come with the cost of the room. I also think that people who stay at the hotel shouldn't have to pay for parking even if people have to park in the parking garage across the street.

I felt like it was very expensive for my stay though that's probably due to its location. I really wish the breakfast was complementary because of this- if you're going to pay upwards of 500 to stay 2 nights.. The only parking for the hotel in particular is valet, that's true, but there is a public parking garage within walking distance and it's pretty inexpensive to park in the past few times I have stayed here. The ups are it's easy to get transport from and it's walking distance to most of the stuff you would want to do downtown. As for the room; it was very clean and comfortable. I didn't spend much time anywhere else in the hotel itself but my room though.

This is our go to place in Savannah. The staff is awesome - Terri welcomed us like old friends! She is so friendly and helpful. She got us into a room very early with no hesitations, and gave great information about breakfast, parking. Etc. room was superbly clean and well appointed. I come up every month to visit my disabled brother and this is where we stay. Hoping we can afford the June rates when they go up!
