My stay at the Aloft Savanah Downtown Historic District was awesome. Everyone we had contact with was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable about many tourists questions I had. The valet workers were friendly and prompt with retrieving my vehicle. Everyone at the front desk was warm and kind. I had a reservation/booking problem that was solved by a manager. Desha was extremely helpful and aided me in obtaining an iron and ironing board. Kelly was the best! Every day her warm smile and helpful attitude made our breakfast special. She is awesome! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Savannah Downtown and, in my rush to get home, left my iPad Pro in the room. I didn't realize it until midnight that evening — and the panic set in immediately. I called the front desk and was immediately put at ease by a warm, professional agent who explained that housekeeping turns lost items in to management at the end of the day, and since management had already left, I should call back in the morning. Simple, clear, and reassuring — exactly what you need at midnight when you're stressed. When I called back the next morning, they had it. They had already tried to reach me while we were traveling and couldn't get through, so they proactively sent me a link to claim the item and arrange shipping. Before releasing it, they made sure I could accurately describe the device — a smart and responsible step that gave me complete confidence my property was in good hands. My iPad arrived on the second business day. I was beyond relieved. What impressed me most wasn't just that they found it — it's how the entire process was handled. Every person I spoke with was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. There was a clear system in place, and the staff executed it flawlessly. This is the kind of service that turns a stressful situation into a reason to come back. Thank you to the entire team at Aloft Savannah Downtown. You have a guest for life.

Aloft is one of my Most Favorite hotels to stay in when im on vacation… I actually get excited when booking at a Aloft because I Know what im getting but this time I was Really Really Disappointed 😢 Location is In a Dark Area of Downtown. The Hotel Was EXTREMELY DIRTY Upon entrance I was So Shocked because again I usually know what to expect from Aloft hotels…. The Carpets dirty front desk dirty needs to be wiped down….. it felt dark and Dusty in the lobby. The Carpets and walls on the way to the rooms are disgusting Elevators were Nasty look like nobody had swept or mopped them in years…. I felt unsafe walking to the rooms… once entering the room things changed the room was clean but it still felt like the furniture needed to be cleaned the rug in the room dirty….. We made the best of our one night stay but I just was really disappointed with this Hotel… The valet man was Nice and friendly and so was Jerry the front desk agent when we checked out versus the women who were very standoffish when we checked in…. So Thank you To Jerry for at least being kind when we were leaving… We will definitely be returning to Savannah one of our favorite places to come BUT We definitely won’t EVER Stay at This Aloft Hotel Again…. Aloft UPGRADE THE HOTEL WASH IT DOWN AND GET NEW FURNITURE PLEASE!!!!!

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and Aushieya the Bartender was excellent!!!! When we asked her to make a custom drink she did not hesitate or disappoint. She has a wonderful personality as well that made the experience top tier!!!
