My family of 4 booked a last minute trip to Savannah. We were looking for a family friendly hotel in a convenient location. SpringHill Suites was a great choice. The positives: 2 queen beds plus a trundle bed so our kids each had their own sleeping space, the toilet was in a water closet separate from the shower and main sink, fantastic location, pool, hot tub, and fitness center on property, great hot and cold food options for breakfast included with our stay, and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. My only critiques are: AC could have worked better, the pool and hot tub were not always the cleanest (some days were absolutely fine), and breakfast could have been served a bit longer to accommodate our teenager's sleeping schedule. 😴😴😴😴 For the nightly cost of the suite, SpringHill Suites exceeded our expectations.

We had an outstanding stay at SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown/Historic District and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our long weekend in Savannah. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Whether it was offering recommendations, answering questions, or just greeting us each day, their hospitality really stood out and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for us. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring the city. Location-wise, this hotel is hard to beat. It’s just a short walk to all the historic downtown sites, which made getting around incredibly easy. We were able to park the car and simply enjoy Savannah on foot, taking in the charm, history, and atmosphere without any hassle. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Clean rooms, exceptional staff, and a perfect location made for a truly enjoyable weekend. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Savannah.
