First time staying at a Fairfield by Marriott and I was very impressed. It’s the little things that matter the most. The room was clean, plenty big, desk, comfortable bed, nicely appointed bathroom, working TV AND it was quiet!!!! I did not hear any other guests in the rooms next door! How great is that? Throw in a nice continental breakfast and from 3-5pm, happy hour that included warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and champagne! Props to employees Jada, Dottie and Nena.

My family and our dance studio group stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Savannah Downtown/Historic District from July 5 through July 10, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to Patricka at the front desk. Traveling with a large group, including many children who were constantly coming and going, could have been challenging, but Patricka made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She greeted us every time we came back to the hotel with a genuine smile and was always happy to answer any questions we had. When I accidentally locked myself out of my room, she took care of everything quickly and kindly. One evening, we celebrated a birthday party in the lobby, and Patricka did everything she could to help make it a success. No matter what we needed, she was there with a positive attitude and a smile. So many people don't receive the recognition they deserve for the work they do, and I truly believe Patricka went above and beyond throughout our stay. On my last night, I even asked if I could give her a hug because I knew I was going to miss seeing her. Thank you, Patricka, for making our Savannah trip so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on our entire group. Because of you, we will absolutely be back and will stay at this hotel again!

The room is clean but the air conditioner is loud and makes it difficult for having a sound sleep. Bathroom needs more attention around the tube as the caulking is black and looks like mold. Breakfast by Mrs. Sharon provided lots of awesome variety to choose from. Her hospitality was good and checked on all of the guests often. The Valet service is Over priced as check in is at 4pm and you are required to pay for a full day. A better incentive would be some type of discount if you stay 3 or more nights. The location is great as the Old Town Trolley is just pass the Chevron station when walking from the hotel.

I want to recognize the breakfast server (Mrs sharon) for providing outstanding service during my stay. Every morning, she greeted guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made everyone feel welcome. Were attentive, friendly, and always made sure the breakfast area was clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine kindness stood out and helped start each day on a great note. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you for making my stay even more enjoyable!
