Not sure what generated negative reviews from others here, but our experience was very good! Located right in the historic dirstrict, I really loved the rustic industrial interiors and the spacious suite. Just what we needed after a long trip with 2 dogs. FREE BREAKFAST. They had quiche with Swiss cheese in their breakfast bar! Staff was friendly and attentive. We will stay here again!

Hubby and I stayed for a few days and had a good stay. My only suggestions would be to update the rooms… couches and chairs in the cottages are hard and not comfortable. Slow draining in tubs. Our bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner WAS ON!!! Now the service, no complaints there at all. Cassandra at the front desk was PHENOMENAL, very friendly, bright smile, answered all questions and offered suggestions. GIVE HER A RAISE! Terrica at the valet station was AWESOME as well. Give her a raise too. She was very helpful and had good insights on where to go and what to expect. We will return and stay at Residence Inn.

We were guests at this great hotel during our honeymoon road trip through Savannah and had a wonderful time. We traveled from far away and were very lucky to be able to check in a little earlier. The breakfast is really good compared to other hotels, and the river is within walking distance. It’s a great place to explore the city and relax. We would love to come back.

Really good experience here. Although there aren't many parking spots, so if suggest paying for valet. The rooms were well sized, and such a cute pool. Really close location to get down to Savannah River walk & city market.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Savannah! The price was very reasonable and crossing the main street was not a problem at the light. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed the courtyard. The pool was a little cold but warmed up as the weather warmed during our stay. The staff turned on the firepit in the evening when we asked. It is very close to the history museum and visitor center. Everything downtown was walkable. The only thing we didn't like was that breakfast ends at 9am and everything was mostly gone by 8:30.
