Valet parking fee is $48. The room is small, but works for an overnight. The shower water pressure was just okay. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower. There is a safe in the room. TV and Internet like any other hotel. The bed was firm but soft. The room was cool, couldn't find a thermostat to adjust. The staff were pleasant.

My brother, daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Our stay started out rocky due to a misunderstanding about the handicapped accessibility of the room. All I can say is Cami and the rest of the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us even comping a 2nd room. We appreciate all of their hard work and excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again!

Aloft is one of my Most Favorite hotels to stay in when im on vacation… I actually get excited when booking at a Aloft because I Know what im getting but this time I was Really Really Disappointed 😢 Location is In a Dark Area of Downtown. The Hotel Was EXTREMELY DIRTY Upon entrance I was So Shocked because again I usually know what to expect from Aloft hotels…. The Carpets dirty front desk dirty needs to be wiped down….. it felt dark and Dusty in the lobby. The Carpets and walls on the way to the rooms are disgusting Elevators were Nasty look like nobody had swept or mopped them in years…. I felt unsafe walking to the rooms… once entering the room things changed the room was clean but it still felt like the furniture needed to be cleaned the rug in the room dirty….. We made the best of our one night stay but I just was really disappointed with this Hotel… The valet man was Nice and friendly and so was Jerry the front desk agent when we checked out versus the women who were very standoffish when we checked in…. So Thank you To Jerry for at least being kind when we were leaving… We will definitely be returning to Savannah one of our favorite places to come BUT We definitely won’t EVER Stay at This Aloft Hotel Again…. Aloft UPGRADE THE HOTEL WASH IT DOWN AND GET NEW FURNITURE PLEASE!!!!!

We stayed in Savannah for our anniversary and overall had a really good experience. The hotel is small and kinda quaint, which I actually liked because it wasn’t super busy when we went. The rooms were clean and felt well taken care of, so no complaints there. The location was also really convenient since it’s only about a block walk to downtown, which was super easy and nice to not have to drive everywhere. Parking was a bit pricey but it was secure. The only downside for me was that they didn’t have a free breakfast buffet. That would’ve made it even better. But overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely go back.
