Jada was so helpful in assisting me book from a Les desirable hotel! She took great care of me and my family. Anjelica was super phenomenal. She helped me when my door would not open and made sure it was resolved. Overall experience was a 10 because of those two super ladies!

Absolutely horrendous valet parking where the automated system doesn't work and none of the workers have a clue of what is going on. It literally took 30 minutes to wait for our car. The front desk staff is only marginally better. Besides the breakfast staff, it's pretty clear that the rest of the customer-facing staff don't care about the guest experience at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. A special thank you to Miss Sharon, who was working the breakfast area this morning. She brought so much positive energy and made everyone's morning better. She greeted guests with a smile, checked on every table to make sure everyone had what they needed, and genuinely cared about making people feel welcome. She took the time to chat with us and created such a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. Employees like Miss Sharon make a real difference. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.
