The rooms at this hotel are beautiful, the staff are all awesome especially Patricka and Jada. Seriously everyone from the front desk receptionist's the dining room staff, the valet parking people and the manager was right there to provide excellent customer service with great professional standards one would expect at a five diamond resort!

The staff here at this location make it so exceptional. Miss Dottie at Front desk clerk was always there to make sure we had everything that we needed. She was professional, Kind and always smiling. Dottie is the reason why my family and I visiting this location again.

Jada at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, polite and very professional. She answered all of our questions, helped us with connecting with the town and connected us with the features of Savannah. Really helped with our overall stay in the city.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Good location to plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff was very courteous, especially Jada managing the front desk. I inadvertently booked my reservation for a different date. She found a room and didn’t charge my card as I was previously charged for the incorrect date. She went above the standard to make it right. Much appreciated!

The service in this hotel is above and beyond great ! While everyone was fantastic Jada truly represents the Fairfield Savannah by Marriott hotel suites exceptionally ! The first point of contact is the most important and Jada truly makes sure her guests are having a great experience from the very beginning! We will be back !

Great front desk and breakfast staff!! Jada even remembered my name and room number without me telling her. Very personable. Internet tv not working sometimes I had 2 rooms- 1 regular and 1 suite Paid for a suite to use the sofa bed but it was so bad all you felt was the springs. Ended up with a roll away bed. One of the Queen beds had a big dip in the middle so my children kept ending up right next to each other in the middle of the night. Not comfortable sleeping. Pool shower not working Definitely needs some maintenance repairs On the day of checkout housekeeping started cleaning our room around 10:30a but we had a late checkout at 1p Would not stay there again because of the amenities and poor sleeping arrangements But love the staff
