I really enjoyed my experience at the Civil Rights Museum. I was surprised to know that Savannah’s NAACP was a big contributor to the civil rights movement. The tour guide explained the history of the movement with precision.

I really enjoyed my tour at this museum. Both of the guides were very informative and very knowledgeable about the information they shared. I love the pictures and the writing about all of the African American leaders, it is truly a place to visit if you are in Savannah, GA. Today was a very exciting day for me and my grandson. We toured the Ralph Mark Gilbert Museum and had a wonderful tour guide. Both ladies were very knowledgeable about the history of the museum and their founders. I was able to share the experience with my grandson that I had when I first visited the museum back when W.W. Law was still alive.

This was a wonderful experience. The history was fascinating, and it was incredible to learn about the struggles and sacrifices our ancestors faced for education, voting, and more. It's astonishing that we still encounter challenges and reminders today. This museum exhibit was filled with rich history, and we will definitely visit again with our kids.
