The Johnny Mercer Theatre is a lovely little theatre w 2500 seats. There isn't a bad view in the house. Beverages and snacks can be purchased and taken to seats. Bathrooms are conveniently located. Chairs are comfortable. Ushers were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of lighting in the balcony before the show as people were trying to find their seats. There were lights, they simply were not turned on. They are working on a massive revitalization on the entire campus, perhaps there's some connection to that for the lack of lighting in the balcony. The revitalization is also the cause for limited parking during construction. As the neighborhood is generally safe, we walked from where we were staying.

Nice theatre to see a concert. Small venue, all seats are good for viewing. Very little parking ,get there early.

Was very excited to go to this concert with Dena had been waiting a few months. I have listened to Chicago for years. I thought they might start with their top hit songs started with a song that no one knew. Way too much focus on brass and orchestra. Many people left at intermission. They ask us why we were leaving and we all had the same reason. It was just not that good.
