Drunk OctopusMy favorite place for 30 minutes around. I only pick up veggies and fruits from here now. They have pretty good peaches, muscadine grapes, okra, and corn depending on the season. Some produce quality or sourcing can be questionable so prepare to kind of prepare your meals based off what is available. It's also nice that they have asian pears. Their quality isn't gifting quality, but if you want to just eat or shove them in a blender for a marinade it'll be fine. Only downside is the dirt parking lot can make a mess out of nice shoes or a freshly vaccumed car floor!

Randy WhittenI first heard of Polks on Saturday, and decided to go to Pooler from Whitmarsh Island. It's incredible, all the fresh produce, boiled peanuts, potato salad,and all kinds of other things. I went for the ribs. They didn't disappoint! They were GREAT! They will not be my last trip to Polks.
