When we arrived today, we were greeted warmly by Shanika at the front desk. We were a little early to check in and she kindly offered us water and a treat while we waited the few minutes for our room to be ready. I felt very welcomed. A bit later, we returned to the lobby for an evening drink and snack for Hilton Honors members. Cardi (Candi?) was so very pleasant. And made us feel valued as HH members.

I planned my Family Reunion in Savannah and after contacting several hotels I was able to get a great rate on this one . Sheleia Taylor was so kind and made sure every detail was right. She also helped us with catering our last dinner at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel were so kind and very helpful with all our needs. The location was perfect for all our family members who flew in that weekend. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Everyone was just amazing. Shanika was just so friendly and helpful everyday. Breakfast was lovely and the kitchen staff did an absolute awesome job with our family reunion meal. Would 100 percent stay here again.

My wife and I were arriving later than planned due to traffic and weather. We called the Garden Grill to find out if we could get food when we got there 15 minutes before closing. Jada was super kind and texted me a menu and I called her back and made an order telling her we were due in 10 min before they closed the grill. She had our order fresh and hot when we arrived. She was absolutely amazing and made our day after a 15 hour drive from upstate NY. Thank you Jada for your kindness and willingness to help us out.
