We were beyond happy with the room, staff and breakfast. Everything was so clean and the beds were super soft and comfy. The breakfast was very well organized, stocked, hot, and immaculately clean! We will definitely be returning.

Top tier service from this hotel! Flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel in a pinch, and they were able to get us a room with a king bed for the night at a reasonable rate. Room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff working the breakfast were informative, kind and helpful as well. Definitely would stay here again!

I love this hotel to be honest! The staff are amazing! The van drivers, the ladies who prepare breakfast! They are all great. The only thing I can complain about is the house keeping. I feel like the housekeepers are a little lazy. I shouldn’t find multiple pieces of hair in my shower and sink. I feel like the sheets haven’t been changed. You can tell when the sheets are clean. They smells crisp and feel like it. This is a great hotel though what would make it even better if they tighten up in their housekeeping. This is not the 1st time I found something not cleaned in my room. It’s really not that hard to do the job you’re hired for and if you don’t do anything else at least change the bedding.

I had a really solid stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah-Airport. Overall, it’s a very clean, comfortable hotel with a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear that the property has been recently updated. The interior feels fresh and modern, which immediately makes the place feel well cared for. One of the things that stood out right away was how clean everything was. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were all very well maintained, and the overall environment felt tidy and organized. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. The studio suite was surprisingly spacious, which was a big plus. Having extra room to spread out makes a big difference, especially if you're staying more than one night. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great—easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the snack selection available at the hotel; there were plenty of good options if you needed something quick. Another nice feature is the lake view. It creates a really relaxing backdrop and adds a calm atmosphere to the property. The location itself is also very convenient, especially if you're traveling through the airport area or just need quick access to the surrounding Savannah area. A couple small things could be improved. The water in the room had a slight smell at times, which was noticeable. The TVs currently don’t offer streaming options, which would be a nice addition for guests who prefer using their own apps. The lighting at the work desk could also be a bit stronger, as it was a little dim if you’re trying to work on a laptop or read. The A/C unit worked, but it didn’t seem to cool the room as efficiently as expected. Overall though, this is a very solid and comfortable hotel. The cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious suites, relaxing lake view, and updated interior make it a great place to stay in the Savannah airport area. With a few small improvements, it would easily be an even better experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was great! Staff is the best part front desk were very friendly and breakfast staff were attentive. Location is perfect for airport or 95 road trip stop with outlets restaurants and gas stations. We were traveling from Philadelphia so this was a good stopping point to rest recharge. Definitely recommend.
