We had such a wonderful experience at TownePlace Suites near the Savannah Airport, and I especially want to recognize Angelina at the front desk. We were only staying for one night while passing through Savannah, but from the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Angelina was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond, and she deserves recognition for the level of hospitality she provided. Thank you, Angelina, for making even our quick one-night stay feel so welcoming. She is a wonderful representation of what great hospitality should look like!

The room was alright. But there was no outlet next to the bed. That seems odd to me. The pull out couch did not have sheets and was hard as sleeping on the floor. We arrived late and was tired and thirsty. I am a gold elite status and asked for water when I checked in. There were three of us and they gave us 1 8oz bottle of water. I have been to many Marriott hotels and it is pretty common that I receive 2 16.9oz bottles of water. Is it because I booked with points instead of money?
