First, I should say that we're lucky to have a Dave and Busters in Pooler. The staff is fantastic! The games are clean, and they work properly. The floors and restaurant are clean. It's a nice place, really. But I'm disappointed to pay $20 each for salads with brown lettuce and apples, and chicken that was fried in old oil. If they're charging premium prices for salads, ensure that the oil and produce is fresh. Our experience was excellent because of their awesome staff. But I'm less than impressed with the food quality.

The place has a fun, lively vibe. The food was good overall — I didn’t really enjoy the nachos, but everything else was tasty, and there’s a great variety of food and drinks to choose from. It’s a perfect spot to hang out, play games, and just relax with friends or family. 04/13/2026 This was my second visit, and our server Michelle was absolutely amazing. She had such a positive energy, was super friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She checked in at the right moments, gave great recommendations, and really made the experience feel personal. The food came out fresh and flavorful, and everything we ordered was well-prepared. You can tell they keep things consistent, which I really appreciate. Between the great service and good food, it made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back again — and I’ll be asking for Michelle for sure!

Came in on a Wednesday around 5:30pm and took advantage of the eat and play deal. This is a great deal! I played games, only a few were out of order and all the ones I played worked properly. It wasn’t very busy at this time. My only issue I had was with the host. He takes entirely too long to sit parties. He also watched a family cut in front of me in line at the host stand and still served them first. (I’m a party of 1) I would also recommend moving the host stand from the side to the middle in front of the doors so that the entrance doesn’t overcrowd so quickly. My server was very nice once I sat down, and the manager stopped by to see if I needed anything as well. The food was very good! I got the double cheeseburger. Overall a good time.

My husband and I stopped by Dave & Buster’s during our staycation honeymoon and had an absolute blast! We went on Double Point Wednesday and spent the afternoon playing games and collecting tickets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the prize counter was amazing and patiently scanned what felt like a million cards’ worth of tickets after we got hooked on the Star Wars coin pusher game. We also had a manager take the time to explain how the game worked, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to all our winnings, we left with a 20” pool table, a gaming headset, two pairs of fun socks, an LMG Nerf gun, and two lollipops! We had so much fun laughing, competing, and trying our luck that the hours flew by. We’ll definitely be back again. It was a fantastic way to spend part of our honeymoon, and the staff helped make it a memorable experience!
