The pool was gross. Looked like it had not been maintenenced in a few weeks. Wads of wet napkins around the pool, some on the bottom of the pool along with Wads of hair. Bugs and leaves covered the top of the water. We had to clean the pool ourselves. Was told there would be bacon and sausage with the continental breakfast. There was no meat, only high sugar foods. I eat a very low carb diet, so this was a big reason I chose this hotel. The internet went out every minute or two, having to constantly log back in. It is very frustrating. We had 3 adults in our party, but only two towels in the room. I asked for an extra towel, but they didn't have any clean ones. We had to wait several hours to get one. I find it odd that a large hotel wouldn't have a slight excess of towels. The pool towels were tiny, and no bin to put the used towels. Staff told me to put the wet ones back on the same rack with the clean ones!

Well I would have given it a 5 BUT First and foremost FANCY KETCHUP? who buys that...gross and I am a Pittsburgh girl. HEINZ ALL THE WAY!!(I have actually left restaurants because they did not have Heinz ketchup).2nd thing my single coffee pot did not work, I told them and they didn't have one to replace it...Room clean comfortable dog friendly but there is a $25 fee...food was ok in a.m...nice size tv in room ...
