From the moment I arrived to the hotel I was met with kindness. At the front desk, Faye was able to accommodate me a bit earlier than expected and made sure everything was right for my room throughout my whole stay. She was a great conversationalist and made me feel welcome during my time in Savannah. The hotel itself was very quiet and clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and were happy to give me extras when needed. Lastly, this hotel is steps away from Tanger Outlet, making it a prime location for rest after a long day of shopping. Thank you Faye and Holiday Inn!

This hotel was very accommodating, the room was nice size and had everything we needed. The staff was great, inside pool was freezing but still very nice. My only complaint is that if you get a queen room, one bed is right against the AC and whoever sleeps closest to it freezes all night with it blowing UNDER the covers to the point the sheets feel wet and freezing but the rest of the room is damp and much warmer.

This was by halfway point to Florida. Made reservations to stay overnight and was told this hotel just opened for business. Everything was clean and up-to-date. I do like that all Holiday Inn Express & Suites I have stayed at has the Bean-to-Coffee coffee maker and a hot breakfast. All staff that I came in contact with were helpful, friendly and cordial. I think it will be a while before someone complains about a brand new bed that nobody has slept in. Extra care was taken in the makeup of my room. The 55 inch flat screen TV really made a difference. This will be my go-to halfway stop to Florida.

Great location close to many stores and restaurants. Lots of parking when we went. Hotel and rooms smelled good. Bathroom did have hairs stuck to the ceiling but other than that the room was good. Walls are thin. Could hear people talking loud in the hallway and heavy foot steps above our room. The free breakfast was better than some places.
