Great experience. Arrived early, and they were hospitable and let me check in very early. The room was clean and ready to go. Old TV with cable made me feel like I was back in the 90s, haha. Kind of nostalgic, I liked it. The breakfast was good! Hot and complimentary. The pool was ok, it was cold, but that's alright. The staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were so friendly and sweet and accommodating. The air conditioning worked stupendous. Cold during the day and at night during 100° Georgia heat. Thank you for a nice night's stay. I would recommend this place to someone who needs a quiet clean hotel to sleep in.

The service here was wonderful. The front desk representative was informative. He knew the answer to my questions before I had to even ask. I really appreciated that when arriving after an 11 hour drive late in the evening. The breakfast area was clean and fully/consistently stocked. The breakfast biscuits were delicious. I would recommend and stay here again the housekeeping staff was respectful and friendly.

From the moment I arrived to the hotel I was met with kindness. At the front desk, Faye was able to accommodate me a bit earlier than expected and made sure everything was right for my room throughout my whole stay. She was a great conversationalist and made me feel welcome during my time in Savannah. The hotel itself was very quiet and clean. The housekeepers were very friendly and were happy to give me extras when needed. Lastly, this hotel is steps away from Tanger Outlet, making it a prime location for rest after a long day of shopping. Thank you Faye and Holiday Inn!

Breakfast food had a great variety of food from sugar cereal to egg white omelets People were very friendly. Room just had a couple of quirky things that need small repairs but nothing major. Would come and stay again

Christa was absolutely amazing with helping us during breakfast!! Not only did she get straws for my kids, she helped heat up a drink for my husband. The rooms were super clean, staff were all super helpful as we had a very late check in.
