I had a wonderful experience staying here. Shane and Brittany were both highly professional, accommodating, and attentive throughout my stay. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome and ensured that everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Room: not bad. Slight stinky smell of doggy pee. Carpets probably need to be shampooed. Service: super kind workers. Loved every worker I met there from front desk to cleaning crew to breakfast crew. Location: right off highway while still feeling calm and comfortable. Great view of the water which was in full bloom with white flowers. Felt secure, however their outside doors into the building were never locked and we had a group of two couples fighting outside our room at 1am. Not sure what can reaaaaalllyyy be done about the customers, but the doors at least can be locked properly as the sign says they should.

The room service did basic cleaning did not clean the bathroom but just made up the bed. House keeping does a quick job not thinking we notice the lack of cleaning

Everything was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy. Close to everything. Definitely will stay again when I come back to Savannah
