This place had a spacious room, good service (at first), and not too noisy. Their ice cream in the mini bar made me sick and made my stomach feel nauseous. When I went down to ask for a refund, the lady acted disgusted, rude, and not willing to help. I told her about my situation and all she did was stare and said: “What?” Almost like she was trying to embarrass me. And then she said “How dare you ask for a refund” Also, the pool was slightly dirty and the coffee was bad. And, no hair dryer? This is the second time I’ve stayed and it’s not the same as before. Manager, the staff member was Cassie. The staff was very 50/50. When we checked in, we met nice people, when we checked out, we didn’t. Housekeeping was very nice. Definitely won’t be staying again. To the manager, check your email, and to Cassie, show some respect.

Didn't get much sleep because of too much road noise from Airways Avenue with semi trucks driving by all night and bad windows. If you stay here request an odd numbered room because they are on the back side of the hotel and away from the road. Or bring earplugs. Pool was closed for maintenance (repainting?) which is unfortunate because I picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and was hoping to use it to occupy the kids for a few hours. Also, the pictures online show a hot tub but there clearly wasn't one in the pool room. Television barely worked in the room and was very glitchy. Staff was courteous and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. Overall, the room was nice and had plenty of space. Wifi was fine as well. Lots of good things about the hotel but it can't escape its location.

Our flight was diverted to Savannah and then at 11:30pm it was cancelled. Everyone was scrambling to get a hotel. I was able to book & secure my room on the Marriott App. I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. The front staff was wonderful!
