Heather O'SullivanIn a sea of flashy hotspots, Local 11ten shines brightly for 19 years. Savannah has had a huge boom of new restaurants in the last five to ten years. It’s fun to try trendy new places but I’ve been increasingly disappointed in the quality of the food and the experience at many of these up and comers. Just recently my husband and I went to a new high end restaurant downtown and were so underwhelmed by the service and the appetizers that we asked for the check before ordering our entrees. We immediately headed to Local 11ten because we knew that we could get an amazing meal and great service, plus they have an awesome wine list and cocktail menu. We have been lucky to dine many times at Local since they opened back in 2007 and have never once been disappointed. Whether it’s a special occasion, or if you just want to grab a seat at the bar or upstairs at Perch, Local 11ten is an undeniable mainstay for high-end dining in Savannah. 10/10 recommend!

Chelsey LucasIncredible service and rooftop lounge right off Forsyth park!! Arguably top 3 caesar salad in the whole wide world, highly recommend. The lemon posset and chocolate dessert were delish too!

Andres GuarnizoWe had an overnight in Savannah and my wife found this great restaurant to eat at. Kyara was our server and she was great. The menu doesn’t specify gluten friendly or not plates, but Kyara was clever enough of to have a cheat sheet to provide options. To kickoff there is what I always call “fighting” focaccia bread served with rosemary butter, cause it’s so good it’s worth fighting over the last piece. We also had the wonderful spicy mussels and some delicious crispy cauliflower. For main courses we ordered the grouper served gluten friendly and I had the curry shrimp with our daughter ordering the 1/2 chicken. All plates were served with exquisite taste and portions were just right for the plates. Honestly all 3 plates were winners in our book. There was no room for dessert, but I did have some old fashioned while I was there and my hats off to the bartender as well. If you’re in the area, make yourself a reservation and go enjoy some fabulous food and service.
