This restaurant sits closer to the heart of savannah and is more of a new age luxury style restaurant. It boasts its open concept, with exposed ductwork and very minimal color. The only thing that i feel like could have made the actual visit a bit more appealing would be the lights, it felt like the lights were soo bright, i little dimming would have definitely helped take the edge off the eyes. The food is described accurately and delivered on flavor. Our party got a variety of dishes and everyone enjoyed what they got. Would recommend and visit again.

This was one of our top 3 restaurants EVER! The food was absolutely incredible, our server was beyond kind and attentive, and we had such a great experience. We were only planning on getting an app, and ended up ordering several dishes and dessert! It was truly one of the best spots we’ve been, a must for anyone in Savannah.

This was a fun spot to eat at and had to check out the vault. Place was busy so we sat at the bar. I ordered the cornbread based on the must try by AI. honestly it was dry and cold. Damn butter wouldn’t melt but the cast iron dish was hot. For dinner my seafood was delicious. They have bottled beer and no draft. Overall I would go back if I’m the area. Service was good.

Cotton & Rye: A wonderful restaurant for a Special Birthday Dinner in Savannah, GA We decided to try Cotton & Rye for my husband’s birthday dinner. And it was perfect! Our waiter was Brandon, and he was sweet, attentive and had great suggestions from drinks through dessert!! He had a full knowledge of the menu and was able to explain each dish in detail that we asked about. I started with a grilled octopus, and it was the best I’ve ever had. The spices were perfect and served over roasted baby potatoes with chorizo and a chimichurri sauce that was heavenly. It was tender, cooked perfectly and I ate every bite! My husband had the beef tartar, which was stunningly presented on a stack of thin, seasoned potato slices which complemented the beef perfectly. The main course for me was the stuffed trout. Grilled with a crispy skin and filled with a shrimp mousse. It was light, flaky, and absolutely delicious. Served over a spring succotash that was the perfect compliment to the fish. He had the Low Country Perloo- which looked a bit like a paella, with a little different flavor profile. All the seafood was perfect and it was a beautiful presentation over rice. I almost forgot to mention the cornbread!!! Made with rye flour and corn meal with rosemary, and served with butter and a rich honey on top! A great twist on a classic!!! Then dessert. Which I usually don’t get. But Brandon said their Peanut Butter Pie had won an award, so I had to try it. It tasted like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup should taste like with an added bonus of a grape coulis, that just put it over the top. My husband had a strawberry cheesecake, which had no crust, but a twill of an almond cookie on top. It was a special for the night and it was light and creamy. A yummy ending for a great meal. We will be back to Cotton & Rye for sure!

Came to visit Savannah and found this place and was not disappointed. The shrimp and grits were delicious and the chicken wings were good too. The fried chicken and Mac and cheese and the skirt steak were so delicious. After all that food, the candy bar was perfectly sweet and not over the top in sweetness so it was ideal
