A nice modern building. I really like the openness and big windows. This is a great place to host a small wedding reception or a party (not sure whether they do that). The second floor is the children area, third floor is the rest of the exhibition. Not too big, and the cafeteria is on first floor and I would go there just to enjoy my breakfast with a nice view of the square (the cafeteria has good drinks and food selection).

A neat place, to be sure! I took my 7-yr-old here on a rainy day. He enjoyed the children's museum while I marveled at the Glenn Close installment. Only grievance (and it's not much of one) is that the tickets are priced with the idea that you could visit the museum for a week, though we were only in Savannah for a day.

Lovely art museum! For $30 you get access to three locations, two right next to one another. They currently have a great mix of photography (contemporary and some presentations of older American works), sculpture, painting / printing, and a cool exhibit of performance costumes from famous movies. Well worth a visit.

The Jepson Center & Telfair Children's Art Museum was the perfect outing for my 4 year old grandson. The rooms were bright and cheerful. There were so many hands-on experiences. From the large geometric shapes and the interactive wall to the spinning tops and reading room, he was engaged for the entire visit. If you have young children this is an excellent place to take them.
