I was invited to come here but, I felt like what my partner paid for the 3 nights we stayed wasn't really worth it. It felt like it was too pricey not just in the hotel but, outside as well. They have no free parking everywhere didn't matter where we parked felt like we had to pay. Not even a discount for the people that stay in the hotel.Just know if you go to tybee island you have to pay for parking everywhere you go. The hotel felt like just getting a snack was too much it was 5 dollars just for a bottle of sweet tea. Then the room I saw this big stain in the curtains and the bathroom I forgot to take a picture but the bathroom faucet was to close to the sink and I couldn't find the air ventilation for the bathroom I don't think there was any.

For the amount of money did not match the quality of expectations. Came out on 7/4/2026 one of the two elevators were out of service. Tried to use the stairs but was told by the bar tender they were only accessible in the valet area by employees with the appropriate room keys. There is actually two stairwell's on the evacuation route posted on the 3rd floor. The chef did not come in on 7/5/2026 so there wasnt a hot bar provided. The toilet was broken constant running and double flushing had to jiggle the handle. Bathroom looked unclean. The shower area had mold or a nasty build up on the bottom sides of the grab bar. The tile base board showed serious signs of water damage and was brown. Holes in the grout throughout the shower. The sink brace arm was all rusted looking. Towels weren't stocked in the pool area. Wasnt able to get extra blankets. The valet had me questioning if this was a good choice. The owner and management should take a deep dive into this whole operation. Roughly 389.00-450.00 a night this includes valet.

On the edge of the historic district near the Savannah River. City Market is only three blocks away. Front desk is very helpful when planning your day. Didn't spend much time in our room. But we enjoyed seeing the huge container ships pass when we were.

We stayed the night and our bikes were parked improperly the whole time. 5 stars for not towing our bikes. I was wayyyy too hungover to have to deal with that. We appreciate you Holiday Inn.

Staying here was a great experience. Be prepared to pay for parking. $45 per day for valet, or you can spend an arm and a leg more across the street. As long as you know it's coming, the hotel itself is great.

Customer service is one of the most important parts of any hotel experience. I believe that the person at the front desk should make sure every guest feels heard, satisfied, and leaves with clear answers to their questions. As a guest, I don't know how everything works—that's why I rely on the staff. If they don't know the answer, they should take the time to ask someone until the guest receives accurate information. Unfortunately, the gentleman working at the front desk on the night of Friday, June 26, 2026 (around 9:00–10:00 p.m.) and again the following morning was very indifferent and did not make us feel welcome or valued as guests. On a positive note, I would like to recognize the breakfast staff. They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Their excellent service was truly appreciated. Thank you.
