This was our first time coming to Savannah and we could not have picked a better place. It is perfectly located. Nearly everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It is also directly across the street from the river with tons of shopping and restaurants. It is also about 1 minute walk to the lovely Pink House Restaurant. The staff were always so welcoming, kind and helpful. The front desk offered us a free poncho because it was going to be raining. They also held our bags for us as our flight didn’t leave until the afternoon. The rooms very nice and very clean. We asked for a couple extra pillows and they quickly provided them. The hotel itself is very nice. There was a nice sitting room we were able to wait in while we waited for our time to leave for the airport. We will be staying here again in the future as I have fallen in love with this city.

Location of this hotel was great and friendly service. The shower did take about 3-5 min to warm up for some reason. Also, be prepared to pay 45$ valet for parking on site. They don’t have any parking for self. Best thing to do is drop your stuff at the hotel and go down the road to Robinson public parking and park there for 12$.

Staying this weekend, hope they are friendlier in person than they just were on the phone. Very abrupt and interrupted to answer my questions before I got done asking. Updated after stay:Randy at valet was so nice and efficient and helpful. $45 is too much per night though. It's not like this is a prime parking destination. The hotel was fine but probably wouldn't stay again due the the hallway of level three and the room smelling like dogs. Not worth the $245 per night price tag. his hotel is about 2-3 blocks from River St so it was nice to be able to walk there. Desk staff were helpful in holding our luggage for us but they told us the valet is a third party so they gave us conflicting information on what time we had to retrieve our cars.
