Genevieve BWe almost went to a different restaurant, but a local recommended Belford’s and we’re so glad we changed our plans! Great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks, and wonderful service. The blueberry lemonade and Southern fried chicken meal were both incredible. Cheyenne took great care of us and was so kind throughout our meal. We were also so impressed by the drink menu she curated-you can tell she’s incredibly talented and passionate about what she does. Such a great experience all around & definitely worth a visit!

Richard BasiniUpdate!!! It's restaurant talk time. I am in Savannah on my way north. Belford's in Savannah has been a tradition for me, and my Ex, since 2002. I've been here many many times. It was great, then, not so great. Now, it is phenomenal. I started with a generous pour of Angel's Envy. Then the crab cake came with a Bex Riesling. I've had crab cakes prepared in many different ways. Deep fried, broiled, sauteed, and now baked. There is only one place in Mount Pleasant South Carolina that can compete with the baked one I just was served. All crab. I have no idea how it was held together. AWESOME!!!. Then I ordered the braised spare rib. Normally, I hate it when then pile stuff on top of each other, but this, was perfect. The portion melted into the mashed potatoes underneath and the sauce. It was a good an item as I ever had. AMAZING! No room for dessert.

There is just one small detail: I feel the time it takes for orders to be served at the table is a bit long—that is why I am giving them 4 stars—but otherwise, the experience is very satisfactory. Susan ReitsThe pan seared Halibut was delicious! Cocktails are so pretty you hate to stir them. Nice quiet place for dinner. Staff were friendly and attentive prices are reasonable (for Savannah)

MasterBlasterExcellent steaks! There's a small bar in the back where you can sit and eat and watch people all night long through the big windows. Service was excellent and had a decent by the glass wine list. My only gripe is there is no caesar salad on the menu. Other than that this place is located right in the middle of everything is going on downtown. Enjoy!
