We stay for three nights this past week and had a great time. The room was very nice, clean and we were able to get good rest. The valet parking was great because once our car was parked, we were able to walk everywhere. “Shout out to Kay who took care of us upon arrival and Jamie who was working so hard getting everyone their cars when leaving”. This hotel is near great restaurants, the river, has a lot of attractions to attend and good pizza…Vinnie Van Go-Go pizza, right across the street from the hotel. Also, make sure you ride the comedy tour bus, it is hilarious 🤣. Had so much fun in Savannah. The tour office is located in the hotel, the nice lady will help you…very nice. One other thing, all the workers at the front desk in the hotel were very friendly and polite. Check in was quick and easy. Thanks Doubletree, we will be back! Blessings The Brown’s🙏🏽💕💯

The rooms were clean, the beds felt like clouds and the location was great with lots to do within walking distance. The downsides to our stay here was the valet parking that is pushed on you in order to have decent parking and the no communication between the valet staff and hotel staff notifying when you leave. We only stayed for one night but was charged for two days of valet parking even though we checked out early that morning. We ended up calling multiple times after we left to try to get it disputed and refunded and was told it was taken care of but they ended up charging us more.

Common areas of the hotel are very nice. The room was spacious with lots of storage space. The bathroom lacked shelving for toiletries. Good location to River front. The blocks behind the hotel have lots of restaurants and shops. The biggest downside is Bay Street which is very busy with lots of large trucks and cars nonstop. Fortunately, the traffic noise is not too bothersome, but can be heard nonetheless. Fortunately, Hilton has good deals on hotel rooms, so the trade-off is good price, nice hotel, good location, but highly trafficked.

Was here traveling for business - room was nice but pretty standard….Great location, decent rooms- a little loud. Lobby was very nice and the location was perfect for walking around Savannah close to the river … room had a view of the bridge. Check in and out was great, appreciate Elyse in the front desk and her service and remembering me (two first names bless) and the valet Jamie were top notch and made my experience worth reviewing. Appreciate the service. Would recommend this hotel.

No issues with the room and a great location. Bartender and breakfast service was nice but the valet service is slow or just not around. Additionally, during checkout the front desk “couldn’t figure out how to apply the food and beverage credit despite being a gold member”
