Best Western Savannah Historic District

The rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to everything, including restaurants, shops, and the river. The breakfast buffet was very good and is included in the price. The pool isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. I really enjoyed my days at the hotel and would definitely stay at Best Western again if I ever return to Savannah.

This hotel was terrible. It's on the confluence of 2 extremely busy roads with constant trucks, dump trucks and more. If you get a room on the front side you will not sleep. Awful! We had a king bed that was comfortable but that was the only good thing. The bathroom was old, the toilet the height and size of a kindergarten toilet. There is a very tiny fridge that can only fit a few drinks and no microwave. The breakfast was satisfactory. Parking on the lot was $38/night! I do not recommend this unless you can get a room on the back side.

This is an excellent location if you want to experience Savannah's historic district. It is just two short blocks from the river front and two blocks from the city market. We took advantage of the Old Town Trolley and the nearest stop is just a block away from the hotel. This site is clean and safe. The rooms have been updated and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this location if you want a good value and want to be near the historic district.
