Great location! For the price, I really can’t complain too much. The bed seems to be a bit too big for the room and while you had to pay for parking, I didn’t think it was a huge deal considering the location and it is a touristy part of town. One the weekend, it did get a bit loud but it’s the weekend so of course. The room was clean and the staff were local Americans that spoke English so that’s a huge plus! I would stay here again.

Excellent location! Staff was as friendly, helpful, and pleasant as anyone you'll meet. Milk was truly cold at breakfast! We slept so well, we decided to stay another night!

BEWARE!!!!! I stayed in Savannah for a busines trip. I was shocked upon arrival. It looked Nothing LIKE THE PICTURES! I STAYED BECAUSE OF THE CANCELATION CHARGE. The room was clean, The bed was comfortable. I had to ask for a blow dryer to be brought to my room. They did not clean the room, I stayed 4 nights. The worst experience was being charged an extra night on my corporate credit card! I checked in 5/3/2026 and out 5/7/2026 at 8am. when I started my expense report I found they had charged for the night of the 7th. I called the hotel, I was very bluntly instructed to call back the next day to speak to Selena the manager. I called the next day and was told she was not working. The female I spoke to attempted to look at my account. She said it was a charge for a cancellation! I questioned her on how the charge could be a cancellation when I stayed and checked out on the 7th. She stated she did not have to put up with my attitude and hung up!!!!! I Googled the corporate office and spoke to someone. They tried to tell me I needed to contact Expedia!! I stated it was the staff at the hotel who fradulantly charged me not Expedia. This is out of my hands now. I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to work out this fraudulent charge. I will let my corporations attorney take up this matter now for a fraudulant charge. The people in the office there are incompetent! I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn. It was not well represented on the website. The fee fit into my corporate allowance and it was in the Historic district. The advertisment of the rooms and the property could be perceived as a scam!
