My experience- Cassandra's imports has beautiful merchandise. Kris was fantastic. She assisted me in looking at several different rings. She didn't try to talk me into buying what i didn't love, she did help me find on 2 amazingly perfect pieces. The carved Baltic amber is gorgeous. if you're in the market for something unique, look at these. She also made sure I had the information for the livestream and shipping.

Cool place to look for beautiful unique jewelry. Prices are reasonable, we got a few pieces. It was my first time in the store, the younger worker was kind, but the older lady in a bun has some attitude. We asked her a question and her tone wasn't kind. She could've said a simple "no" but just kept going on. This place is a gem though.

I enjoy stopping by this store and always purchase something. Was there last week was at the counter for awhile. But ignored by staff. Finally made my way around to her with items I helped myself to asking if I could buy these items. Sarcastically she stated this is where the register is. Very rude as she was talking with one her employees Items were wrapped carelessly and necklace was tangled. She may need a training on customer service. Just saying. Oh her name Amanda
