The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. I am a side sleeper with shoulder issues and I slept very well here. The pillows were nice as well. Free waters downstairs that you can take to your room. The coffee machine in my room was actually clean. We do not drink but there is FREE WINE at 5:00 pm every night, I thought that was cool. The hotel is historic so it smells, looks and is historic....all in a good way. Best part is that it is smack dab in the middle of all the action. Leave the hotel and walk in any direction and you are surrounded by every shop and restaurant imaginable. 10/10 for sure.

East Bay Inn exceeded my expectations! Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and came with many amenities. Located in the Historical area...easy to walk to many sights. I will book again if I return to Savannah.

East Bay Inn is our go to in Savannah. The service and care is consistently good and the rooms are welcoming and clean. We’ve stayed in various rooms with the latest being a first floor patio room which was great with our new puppy. Not sure if always available but we were welcomed with two drink vouchers for the onsite bar which were greatly appreciated after our long drive. The complimentary water, sodas and water bottles were also great as saved us a run to the store to keep us hydrated. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom was all stocked with good water pressure which is a pet peeve when it is not. Our room on the first floor had high ceilings adding to the spaciousness. If you are staying in Savannah, stay at the East Bay, you will not be dissapointed!

I highly recommend this quaint and historic hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms had the historic decor with nice updates in the bathrooms. They have a partnership with a bar and restaurant at the same location. They gave us a free wine or beer a day and have a great selection. The restaurant is family owned and has great breakfast. The location is perfect to walk to the many historic squares. We will definitely be returning and give it five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's a lovely hotel. Very historic. Great location. But we got a rather small room at the back which had a carpark, bar and construction overview. Not quite what we thought we would get. There was very little room to put our bags - we were on an extended road trip, so they were not a weekend size. So very little room to walk around without tripping over. The sound proofing is zero from outside the building, especially from the bar. So earplugs are needed. When we mentioned this to reception, they said it's their major complaint! So maybe do something about it? We have been in older buildings than this and they have adapted there windows to sort this out. Would we stay again? Probably not. The hotel has great promise, but our experience wouldn't let us stay here again.
