We did self check in so we did not interact with staff but I am sure they were great. Nothing fancy about the hotel but it was decent for a quick trip. Location was absolutely perfect!!! You are in the middle of literally everything. We did not valet and just paid for self parking in the public garage that was across the very small street.we paid about $20 for 2 nights. I saw the valet park the cars in there as well so it shows how close it is to hotel. I attached a pic of hotel as I was leaving the garage to show how close Hotel is about a one mile walk to Forsyth park and across the street from River St. The one negative with the hotel is that the only two elevators are extremely slow and small. But would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was a last minute booking at 10:30pm so there was limited availability. I got a room with a king bed for a reasonable amount; I’m assuming because it was super late and I’d be there for 24 hours. Anyway, the manager was super tired due to having to cover another’s shift; I felt bad for her. It was evident that she was tired. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. It wasn’t the comfiest room, but it did the trick. The rooftop pool was cool be user river street Savannah can be seen. The pool water was super warm. The breakfast ran out; there were a few items left but not many. There was a line waiting for more breakfast food, and I got to the cafe at about 8:45am. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but it got the job done for what we needed.

Check in was at 3pm but room wasn't ready until after 4pm. Clean enough but definitely not spotless. Decent enough breakfast with waffles. Elevators kept having issues throughout our stay and towels were not available at the pool the few times we went up there. Our room was incredibly dark - not enough light at all in the king room with pull out couch. Staff was friendly and the location was great

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was close to everything, our room was very clean, and we had a beautiful river view. Breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special shoutout to Laquaszha, who was such a joy to interact with! She was kind, professional, and genuinely sweet. Nicole and Tasia were wonderful as well. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Savannah!

I want to thank the staff at the Hampton Inn for the amazing professionalism and care they showed me yesterday. I lost my wallet and the ladies there did everything in their power to find me. Both Beverly and Nicole worked hard to figure out how to reach me to give me back my items. They even searched where I worked online from a business card in the wallet and searched the Hilton system to find me to call me and let me know they found it! I wasn't even staying there at the time (I was at another Hilton Hotel down the street) but they still worked diligently to find me to give me my wallet back. It was found in their parking lot area and I would not have known where it fell on my walk to eat dinner that night. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this team. They were so kind when I arrived and were happy that they could help in this way. Thank you Nicole and Beverly for your help! I am feel so blessed by the way everything was handled and will come back to stay because of their kindness. 10 stars for these ladies and thank you to the good samaritan who brought it in!!!
