We did self check in so we did not interact with staff but I am sure they were great. Nothing fancy about the hotel but it was decent for a quick trip. Location was absolutely perfect!!! You are in the middle of literally everything. We did not valet and just paid for self parking in the public garage that was across the very small street.we paid about $20 for 2 nights. I saw the valet park the cars in there as well so it shows how close it is to hotel. I attached a pic of hotel as I was leaving the garage to show how close Hotel is about a one mile walk to Forsyth park and across the street from River St. The one negative with the hotel is that the only two elevators are extremely slow and small. But would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was a last minute booking at 10:30pm so there was limited availability. I got a room with a king bed for a reasonable amount; I’m assuming because it was super late and I’d be there for 24 hours. Anyway, the manager was super tired due to having to cover another’s shift; I felt bad for her. It was evident that she was tired. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. It wasn’t the comfiest room, but it did the trick. The rooftop pool was cool be user river street Savannah can be seen. The pool water was super warm. The breakfast ran out; there were a few items left but not many. There was a line waiting for more breakfast food, and I got to the cafe at about 8:45am. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but it got the job done for what we needed.

Check in was at 3pm but room wasn't ready until after 4pm. Clean enough but definitely not spotless. Decent enough breakfast with waffles. Elevators kept having issues throughout our stay and towels were not available at the pool the few times we went up there. Our room was incredibly dark - not enough light at all in the king room with pull out couch. Staff was friendly and the location was great

When we got to the hotel the computer system was down. Therefore we were unable to check in until the evening. When we finally got in our room there was one set of towels missing and the rail that supports the shower curtain was broken (as seen in my pictures). So we had to shower with one hand on the curtain in order to not flood the bathroom. Besides that the room was not that clean, the bathroom floor and door were sticky and there was a smell of old socks in the room. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
