Marc HamelI would highly recommend stopping in this lovely gallery. The person selecting art for offer clearly has a keen eye for fine painters. We were captivated by a small salt-marsh painting out in front of the shop and were drawn in. There were so many wonderful paintings, but we ended up taking this one mentioned home with us. The friendly person running the shop was super helpful. After we selected the painting, I asked if she could tell us about the artist? She told us that she painted it! Irene Sainz Mayo (check out her website). My favorite paintings in the gallery were all ones she had done, but there is a large selection of other artists as well. The gallery is right on Reynold's Square, convenient to most everything in the historic area. Within sight of the Planters Inn and the Olde Pink House. Again, recommended.

Perks AdvisorWithin the historic area I found some beautiful works of art at this gallery. The artists were very nice and welcoming even allowing my dog to view the artwork as I did. Many of the works are focused on landscapes and sea settings. I understand many of the artists are local or have connections to the Savannah area. It is worth a visit if you have an interest in fine art.
