The Texas rice was so good. I love birria tacos, however, those tacos were not it. The plus is they did replace my tacos with Texas rice that was so delicious without charging me for the tacos. Oh yeah the daiquiris were awesome also.

We ate in a lot of different restaurants here in savannah and this was far the best one. Don't waste your money on the fancy ones. It was average mexican food. My burrito came out warm and seasoned! Reasonably priced. We got alot of food for the amount we ordered.

If you’re downtown, do yourself a favor and stop by Jalapeños and grab a seat at the bar with Benjamin. I’ve been coming to this location specifically because of him for the past two years, and he is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. Even if I’m just passing through downtown, I’ll stop in just to say hey. Benjamin has a way of making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and remembered. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time walking through the door, he treats everyone with genuine kindness and care. His recommendations are always spot-on, and he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, drinks, and what you’re in the mood for even when you’re not quite sure yourself. What keeps me coming back is the experience he creates. No matter how busy things get, he remains attentive, personable, and engaging. He doesn’t just serve customers; he builds relationships. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that energy makes the entire atmosphere feel warm, inviting, and fun. Whether you’re looking for a drink before walking around downtown, a place to unwind for a while, or simply good conversation with exceptional service, this is the spot. Benjamin is an absolute asset to Jalapeños, and the hospitality he provides is something you don’t forget. 10/10 recommend + I’ll do it again.
