Victoria SI love their tofu banh mi. Flavorful, fresh sandwich bread, with a little bit of kick from the jalapeño. It’s truly so satisfying and perfectly portioned. I’ve also ordered their curry and their fresh shrimp rolls. The curry was also delicious but felt light on the curry in comparison to the chunks of potato + chicken, and the shrimp rolls were sort of small compared to the many others i’ve tried. As an appetizer/side though, they both were still satisfying and no complaints on the flavor itself. I ordered the tofu banh mi two days in a row just because I couldn’t get it off my mind. If you’re vegetarian, I can’t recommend enough.
