I just came into the store today and was met by Cay; she did such a fantastic job helping me! I’m not great at shopping, especially for dress clothes, but she made everything so easy. We started with the general occasion, what I was looking for… and in about 30 minutes I had exactly what I had come in for. Her intuition with style and fit is excellent. She was was polite and helpful, always pointing me in the direction of what clothes and styles would meet my needs. Fellas, if you’re in the market for some clothes I hope you stop by and see Cay. She’s excellent and a lot of fun too!

It feels strange to review a Banana Republic, but the staff here was so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping on a quiet weekday. They were attentive, helpful, and it resulted in us purchasing more than intended because the vibes were so good. Thanks to the staff and this great store!

This is where I do most of my shopping in downtown Savannah. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful dress for a holiday party.

For a short guy, Banana has clothes that actually fit me. AND the customer service is phenomenal. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure I had a blazer that fit me, and helped choose a shirt to go with it. And when I went to check out, Hope made my check out experience amazing as well! These are two very helpful and lovely ladies. I hope they’re there to help again when I return, because they set the bar high.
