roger roqueWas in savannah for my bday week with the fam. We discovered this place and decided to try it out. The wait was a bit longer than expected. I personally ordered the burger option and very glad I did. It was Amazing!!! Good touch on the sweet Vidalia onions. I think Stephen was our waiter. What a great dude. Did his job beyond what is the norm. All his recommendations were on point. Afterwards, my family apparently ordered the Bananas Foster French toast as a bday cake in secret and to my surprise, when it was brought out, the entire restaurant was singing in unison. THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT. This put such a special touch on this wonderful lunch. The staff, the people, the food.... it was all just perfect. This will definitely be on my revisit list when we return to savannah. Ps. You must must must try that bananas foster french toast. It was incredibly good.

During my visit to Savannah, I had the pleasure of dining at both Collins Quarter locations, one at Forsyth Park and the other on Bull Street. Both experiences were exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, with creative dishes, wonderful flavors, and a unique combination of Southern charm and international influences. But what truly made both visits memorable was the outstanding service. At the Forsyth Park location, our server, Jennifer, was amazing! I had ordered chicken and a salad, but because I had a small cut on my lip, the vinegar in the dressing was causing discomfort. Jennifer immediately noticed and, without hesitation, arranged to exchange my meal for something that was absolutely perfect. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern were remarkable. Earlier in the week, I enjoyed breakfast at the Bull Street location, where the food was equally spectacular and our server was just as wonderful. Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name, but her warmth, efficiency, and attentiveness certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Both locations offer a wonderful atmosphere, each with its own personality, capturing the beauty, charm, and welcoming spirit of Savannah. It’s rare to find restaurants where the food, service, and atmosphere all come together so beautifully. Collins Quarter has accomplished that at both locations. Great food brings you into a restaurant, but wonderful people make you want to return. Collins Quarter has both! I highly recommend visiting either location. They were among the highlights of my Savannah experience!
