Angela DeGroatWe stayed here for a staycation since we are sorta local to Savannah. First the perks: location is amazing and walking is fairly easy anywhere you want to venture out too. I love there is a beautiful square behind the hotel to walk too, valet service was top notch and amazing, the pool we loved, the garden outside was beautiful. The downside: pets the hotel is pet friendly almost too pet friendly with dogs everytime you come out of your room we are pet lovers but I felt like it was a bit much, the hotel I feel like could used some TLC as far as paint or upgrades go I’m sure being pet friendly doesn’t help and this is the big reason for some issues, the restaurant attached we won’t use again the food was bland, overcooked and very very overpriced in our opinion. We would 💯 percent stay here again even with the fee downsides because the perks outweigh the negatives for us.

KI've been to Savannah too many times to count and never knew about this tucked away diamond. This hotel definitely makes my visit again list. The location is perfect, the rooms are a nice change from the norm, and the staff members are great. It is more than pet friendly, the dogs are spoiled just as much as the human guests, so if you have a pet you'll love it here. If you don't have or like dogs know that you will see them here. They also offer free bikes to ride off property. The pool is nicely tucked away and very relaxing, a nice resort feel. The Brice has lived up to the "boutique" rating for me.

Hailly ButlerThe front desk staff were kind and considerate throughout, genuinely the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I'm a travel agent and have visited many properties in Savannah. After my recent stay here, I won't be back. The first room had what appeared to be black mold and smelled strongly of mildew, a giant red flag. We were moved to a spa suite, which had great space but generally felt cheap. The entire property felt dirty, and not in the sense of a spill that needed cleaning or trash to be picked up, but deep-rooted dirt. The hotel needs a deep clean or a refurbishment. Breakfast was a joke. The first morning, my omelet had no seasoning, and my husband ordered the Pacci breakfast with no dairy. We told the server three times. His potatoes came covered in cheese. It also took 30 minutes to get a highchair. The second morning, we waited over an hour for our food; in that time no one checked on us or brought water. The property's biggest selling point is that it's pet friendly, but so is The Thompson, at a similar price point and significantly nicer.

Donna Elaine CarterWe had the best stay at the Kimpton Brice over the Fourth of July weekend! Sweet Pea and I were looking for a fun Savannah staycation, and it exceeded every expectation. I absolutely loved how genuinely dog-friendly the hotel is. My little Chiweenie, Sweet Pea, was welcomed just as warmly as I was, which meant so much to me. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and the temperature control was perfect (a huge bonus!). One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful secret garden. It was such a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or just relax for a while. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great stay. The valet service was quick and easy, and the entire hotel felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Kimpton Brice to anyone visiting Savannah—especially if you're traveling with your four-legged best friend!
