Everything in the hotel is good except the food. In two dishes, got hair in both of them. They replaced it, but missed half of the items. I would prefer eating out after this experience if I go back.

I've been to Savannah too many times to count and never knew about this tucked away diamond. This hotel definitely makes my visit again list. The location is perfect, the rooms are a nice change from the norm, and the staff members are great. It is more than pet friendly, the dogs are spoiled just as much as the human guests, so if you have a pet you'll love it here. If you don't have or like dogs know that you will see them here. They also offer free bikes to ride off property. The pool is nicely tucked away and very relaxing, a nice resort feel. The Brice has lived up to the "boutique" rating for me.

The room was ok minus the pet hair that we found on the pillow cases, sheet, comforter and the bathroom counter. The only reason we booked was the perfect location.

Pool Party Perfection at The Kimpton Brice Hotel! What an incredible afternoon at the pool party at The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah! From the vibrant atmosphere and refreshing cocktails to the outstanding hospitality, everything was first class. A special thank you to Kristen, whose exceptional customer service and positive energy helped make the event even more enjoyable. The drinks were fantastic, the music set the perfect vibe, and the entire team created an experience that felt both relaxed and luxurious. If you’re looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon in Savannah, keep an eye out for the Kimpton Brice pool events. Great people, great drinks, beautiful surroundings, and genuine Southern hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!

The room itself was quite decent. Nice size, well appointed, and very quiet. Iron and Ironing Board is not standard and had to request through guest services. The pool, and the Saturday afternoon pool party was fun. This part was very enjoyable. The fitness room, however, is a joke. The temperature of the room was 81F. It seems the air-conditioner was broken and there was zero ventilation. Working out there was like a hot yoga session. There are Peloton bikes but only provided with the standard clip-in pedals - no cages. Prepare for your feet to slip off the pedals. There were no towels on the second day I visited, and the wipes for the equipment are the BBQ towelette style; woefully ineffective for wiping down the equipment. The restaurant, Pacci, is a no-go. Waited over 30 min to be seated in the half-filled restaurant, and another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The food was mediocre, at best. Plan to eat elsewhere. This stay was far from Luxury, as described, and not representative of the Kimpton brand.

I wish there were more stars because they would get it. I love a good boutique hotel! The service was phenomenal. The staff knows the area well and was able to direct me to some good food places. The outside courtyard is relaxing, I was able to eat out there and even jump on a few emails from my laptop. The room was very clean and the hotel as a whole smells amazing!!!
