Our first time here and we came for our anniversary for dinner. We were seated right away and our server was right over, told us of the specials, asked if we needed anything special that may not have been on the menu. Order calamari for a appetizer. Was crispy with a Thai chili sauce. Ordered the shrimp and sausage creole and the shrimp and crab Au Gratin. The shrimp and sausage creole had lots of meat in it, the sauce was not that spicy at all. Lots of shrimp and crab in the Au Gratin. Every was very good , would go back again, the shrimp and lobster Linguini sound really goood.

We stopped into this restaurant for some drinks and appetizers. We had the shrimp and crap stuffed mushrooms. Food was tasty and the service was great. Great location down along the river and the prices were fair. The atmosphere is nice and it's not too loud to have a conversation. I would recommmend and return.

I had a great meal at the Shrimp Factory. The Firecracker shrimp were delicious! The crab cake sandwich was seasoned well. The Crab and artichoke dip was a great choice. The service was good. Desirae was friendly, gave menu recommendations and, checked on us often. I took the picture of the food after I started eating. Lol If you aren't eating at the Shrimp Factory.....what are you doing???? Lol

My mom and I went to this restaurant on Saturday 7/25 and instantly loved it. I recommend making reservations because it can become very busy at dinner time. I made reservations when I went, but they do walk-ins as well. The food here is fresh and delicious. The staff are awesome. The atmosphere is very cool. Mom got the angus burger and she said it was super juicy and flavorful. I got the shrimp and oysters basket with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It was super yummy and the seafood was fresh tasting. We loved this restaurant so much that we had to go back with my dad last night. We tried their green tomatoes and they were so good. I love the sugared ham and pimento cheese on top of them. Very delicious. I got the same dish as the night before but with Mac and cheese and Savannah red rice. It was as excellent as the night before. My mom also got the same thing she did the night before. Also loved it. My dad tried the same dish I had but with coleslaw and fries. He thought it was fantastic too. The homemade sauces for the seafood are awesome. If you want a delicious bite to eat on river street with great service, come eat at the shrimp factory.

Got into our hotel and went for a walk and found this place and went in- im firmly convinced they let us get seated and order past their regular hours. It was so great. We had oysters on the half, the crab dip, the crab stuffed flounder and the shrimp and sausage creole. Our server, Zoey, was wonderful, attentive, and made great suggestions. The signature drink comes with a really cool historical story and that was fantastic because we love history. I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a culinary experience. Their menu has a lot of authentic-to-the-area dishes, and you really cant go wrong with anything.... just make sure you order the Chatham Artillery- you wont be disappointed!
