Latasha SimpsonMarriott Savannah Riverfront is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in very clean very spacious rooms and beautiful view. The breakfast was a five star if you stay here I definitely recommend you get the breakfast. We had one hiccup with one of the employees Lazarus That tried to spoil our stay in Savannah but they have the best managers, two ladies that assisted us Megan and Music, who made The wrongs right. Me and my husband are so thankful for these managers who displayed professionalism and courtesy. The best customer service I’ve seen. Overall the stay was great and we can’t wait to return.

AdamI booked at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront and had an outstanding experience overall. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right on the river with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay, making it a memorable visit to Savannah. What truly stood out, however, was how Westley handled a disappointing situation. He personally called me after noticing an issue that had been overlooked, and he resolved it beautifully with genuine care and attention to detail. In what could have been a frustrating moment, Westley turned things around completely with his calm, helpful, and solution-oriented approach. Management should seriously look at Westley for promotion — his customer service is truly excellent! As someone who owns multiple retail establishments, I would be proud to have my own staff address customers with the same level of professionalism, empathy, and class that Westley demonstrated. He set a high bar for what exceptional service looks like. I highly recommend the Marriott Savannah Riverfront and will definitely be back. Thank you, Westley, for making our stay special!

Stella RobertsThe Marriott Riverfront Hotel in Savannah, Georgia was a wonderful experience for a mid-May vacation. The hotel itself is elegantly appointed and sits right near the Savannah River which provided much entertainment as we watched boats and barges sail by our seats in the restaurants. A big thank you to the restauarant staff including Dista, Oca, Adi, and Arta. All of them were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Their service ettiquette is superb. One caveat about the hotel housekeeping: guests need to make sure they remove Do Not Disturb signs on their rooms before 8 am otherwise you may not get housekeeping services for the rest of the day. Terrific stay with pleasant staff and comfortable beds!

NKHWe had such a wonderful experience at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront! The hotel is beautiful, clean, fresh, and in an absolutely perfect location. Our room was on the 5th floor with a breathtaking river view, and the panoramic scenery was simply amazing. We loved waking up and looking out at the beautiful Savannah River. Every part of the hotel felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Mei and Lucy at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they were so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their beautiful smiles truly made the beginning of our day brighter! Both ladies were extremely professional, helpful, and patient with every question we had. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We also want to give a very special thank you to concierge Catja. She was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to walk us through so many options for enjoying Savannah — from the beautiful Riverfront walk, to the trolley tour around historic Savannah, to the amazing marketplace filled with wonderful shopping and restaurants. Catja went above and beyond her duties. She even walked with us back toward the hotel and personally helped make sure we were going in the right direction. That kind of genuine kindness and personal attention is something we will remember. Thanks to her, we enjoyed every place, every experience, and every moment even more! And finally, we would like to thank the wonderful waitress Nova at Blue Bistro, where we enjoyed our breakfasts. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain what she thought we would enjoy most. The food was delicious and truly felt like it was made with love. Nova recommended the fresh orange juice, and OH MY GOSH! We were so happy that we listened to her recommendation! It was absolutely heavenly — so fresh, delicious, and refreshing. It was the perfect way to start our morning! A huge thank you to Mei, Lucy, Catja, and Nova for making our stay so special. Each of you contributed something memorable to our Savannah experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would be happy to come back. The beautiful hotel, incredible river view, perfect location, and especially the wonderful people who work there made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
