K OrtizTook a quick, short trip with my daughter and decided to stay near downtown rather than near the airport like I usually do. It was definitely the right choice! The staff are phenomenal. The people at the front desk, the valet (I wish I could remember the young man's name, he was beyond awesome), the staff at breakfast, housekeeping. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and just the break we needed. Cleanliness- Ive stayed at hotels all over the world and while you can tell our room hasn't been super deep cleaned in who knows how long, I honestly have zero complaints. We felt safe and there were zero "ewww" moments. We were comfortable and confident sleeping, lounging, bathing, and eating in our room. The review wants me to mention amenities, atmosphere, and value. I don't know what to say because everything was great 🤷♀️ Oh yeah- we couldn't get wifi to work but we didn't try very hard, or even ask, because we have our own. The staff would have been on that in a millisecond if we mentioned it.

JessicaWonderful experience staying here. Clean rooms and lobby. All staff was super friendly and welcoming. Constant "good morning"s whenever you walked by someone. Rooftop bar and pool with good food and drinks. Great for couples or families with kids.

Samantha JohnsonOur family recently stayed at this property during a road trip, and we had a wonderful experience. It felt like a mini vacation after spending hours driving. The room was exceptionally clean, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and frosty drinks after a long day in the car. The location is also fantastic; it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, ice cream shops, and a nearby river where we enjoyed walking our dogs.
