Perfect tour guide who explained so much - she was full of knowledge! Wonderful experience for my Windsor Forest Garden Club starting with me making plans for us to go, buying tickets, etc. Beautiful rooms filled with period furniture and period accessories!

I normally buy tickets in advance, but can frequently get into a tour when walking in. Keep in mind summer and spring break times might be more difficult, as kids are out of school and more Girl Scouts might be in the area. I love hearing the history of the house and the family; the guides try to keep a balanced view of that history. It is worth returning every once in a while, as the guide write their own tour speeches and they try to keep the information interesting and up to date. They also occasionally change decorations; for example, moving objects within rooms, or changing how the table is set (as they were on my most recent visit). Be sure to swing by the gift shop!

Went with my family. Me and my daughters are Girl Scouts but weren’t able to go with our troop last year. The tour was interesting and enjoyable. The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. We got our pins and a few other things. Would recommend.

Was a very enjoyable tour and very well kept house to show the birthplace of Juliet Gordon-Lowe. I was in Girl Scout from K-12. I appreciate getting to go as my older self as I think my younger self would not have found it as intriguing.
