I had the most wonderful, amazing, and fantastic experience at House of Strut in Savannah, GA. I started thrifting about two years ago, and ever since then, I’ve loved visiting a good vintage shop whenever I can. House of Strut was next on my list, and I can proudly say I was not disappointed! Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the beautiful Reilly, an employee who has a gorgeous personality to match. She instantly brightened my mood by being one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people I’ve ever met. She gave me a compliment, and of course I returned the favor! She was wearing an adorable country-girl outfit (I thought she got lost on the way to the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Press Tour, but I digress), and her sense of style is perfect for a vintage store like House of Strut. She gave me a full rundown of how the store is organized, explaining their colored-coded system that acts as a size guide for shoppers. She was incredibly helpful and even placed a set I wanted to try on in the dressing room for me, which I sincerely appreciated. When I tried on the set, a bright pink and orange colored outfit, I instantly fell in love. Reilly even told me the story of how the set arrived at the shop. A professional dancer donated most of her clothes when she retired, and the material was sweat proof and handcrafted. I knew I wanted it and I’m very happy with my purchase. The interior of the store is clean and well-organized, and they offer a wide variety of clothing, accessories, and jewelry for every budget. While much of their website features higher-end items, visiting the store in person is the best way to find true hidden gems. If you’re making a trip to Savannah, I highly recommend adding House of Strut to your itinerary. Their customer service is excellent, their music is upbeat, and their inventory is full of pieces that could easily become staples in your wardrobe! 🪩🌈👚👗👙👖 P.S. Everyone has their own experience, but mine on was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! A team member of the store Phia recommended me this vintage 1970s Albert Einstein tee that I fell in love with, and the owner Erica was even willing to negotiate the price to 70% off! Always love shopping in this store!! Highly recommend

I stumbled in to this store to browse… and left with not one but two FABULOUS skirt suits, one of which is vintage Valentino. The women working made me feel so welcome (and their outfits were incredible). Erica, who I believe is the owner, is so fun and thoughtful. She made me feel so so good about myself. This is a true gem—I’m so thankful I decided to wander in.
