Our stay at Perry Lane Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and the entire property is stunning with lovely premises and thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Savannah, with so much within walking distance. A special thank you to Taylor, the house car driver, who truly went above and beyond. You can tell this hotel understands Savannah’s personality. It’s stylish without trying too hard, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. The rooftop bar was one of my favorite parts of the trip, and the location makes it easy to walk everywhere. Great service, beautiful interiors, and a really fun atmosphere overall.

What continues to set Perry Lane apart isn't just the beautiful property, luxurious accommodations, or ideal Savannah location—it's the people. Rebecca and her team consistently create an experience that feels deeply personal, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. Each time we return, we're greeted not as hotel guests, but as familiar faces coming back home. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected the care, attention, and hospitality that have made us loyal Perry Lane guests. We were fortunate to receive a wonderful suite upgrade, which made an already special getaway even more memorable. But what truly stands out isn't the upgrade itself—it's the fact that Rebecca and her team always seem to find ways to make each stay feel uniquely tailored to us. One small moment perfectly captured that commitment to guest experience. A bakery plate we had saved was accidentally removed during housekeeping. Before we could even be disappointed, the team stepped in, resolved the issue immediately, and replaced it without hesitation. It was a simple gesture, but it reflected the culture of service that Rebecca has clearly built—one where every guest experience matters. As proud dog parents, we also love how genuinely welcoming Perry Lane is to Bentley. He isn't simply allowed to stay; he's treated like a valued guest. Finding a luxury hotel that embraces pets while maintaining such an elevated experience is rare, and it's one of the many reasons we continue to return. What impresses us most is that with each visit, Rebecca and her team somehow find a way to elevate the experience even further. Five stays in, we continue to discover new reasons to appreciate the exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and sincere care that make Perry Lane so special. As Marriott Platinum Elite members, we travel frequently, and this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. A special thank you to Rebecca, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel truly special. We were graciously upgraded to a beautiful suite, and every detail of our visit reflected the exceptional level of service that sets Perry Lane apart. One moment that really stood out was when housekeeping accidentally removed a bakery plate we had been saving. The team immediately made it right without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast in bed was wonderful, the property is stunning, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable. We were also incredibly impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is. Bentley felt just as welcome as we did, which means so much to us. From the beautiful accommodations to the warm hospitality, Perry Lane exceeded every expectation. Savannah is one of our favorite cities, and Perry Lane has become our favorite place to stay when we visit. We are already looking forward to returning for Wag-O-Ween and making even more memories.
