My experience at Levy Jewelers was fantastic. I was helped by Kym and Neocia, who provided excellent service. I came in for repairs to several watches, and was greeted by Kym who quickly diagnosed the issues. She worked with Neocia and together they promptly and expertly fixed my watches. While there, Kym also took the time to show me several beautiful watches and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was about each piece. All in all, Kym and Neocia were delightful, and showed great expertise when handling my repairs. I will certainly be coming back!

Where do I begin? The welcoming from staff was warm and friendly, the knowledge from our salesmen Jim did an outstanding job of not being a pushy salesperson, he let us speak freely about our desires in a ring while explaining our wants in an Anniversary band. Then out from under the glass case came the most stunning and elegant band. Thank you Levy Jewelers for making my 20th wedding anniversary a memorable celebration. I couldn’t had asked for a better gift and experience from your store.

I had a wonderful experience shopping recently at Levy Jewelers. My visit was very enjoyable and John assisted me with my requests and so much more. He was knowledgeable, very informative about the selected pieces of beautiful jewelry and showed me several other new arrivals that were gorgeous. I appreciate the warm sincere, friendly greetings and hugs from other sales associates whom I have met during prior visits. They are so kind to offer their expert advice and support with my selections. I appreciate the entire professional staff who respect each other. Thank you Jackie, Brad and Stacey for all your opinions and kind words of wisdom.
