The Savannah team did amazing! We had a birthday party Saturday for my baby boy and everyone was very helpful. We ordered over 5+ pizzas and they were so good, came out fast, easy to order. We saved a lot of money buying the gold membership pass. It cut our party cost in half! We loved it and my child had so much fun.

So the party that I went to was amazing. The young lady that was responsible for serving us did a great job however, the restrooms were horrible. There was urine on the seats, toilet paper &, urine on the floor.. All the ladies were reduced to using the handicap stall as it was the best option out of 3. I feel like there should’ve been more attention given to the restrooms -especially on an especially on a Saturday when there were multiple birthdays going on.

Just went to a birthday party here today and there was only ONE person scheduled to run the entire place and she handled it like a BOSS. I used to own a restaurant, and my husband and I are very familiar with food service. She managed kids, food, birthday events, ticket counter, and even came out to dance with the kids. She didn’t miss a single part of the birthday festivities. She made sure everything was on time and fun for the kids. And she was super calm and in control, not frazzled or overwhelmed like pretty much anyone else would be in that situation. Grace, we really appreciate how fun you made today- the kids had a blast!

They've remodeled the place since we last went and it was a pleasant surprise! Very clean, food was good. All of the arcade games seemed to be in good working order. I took a star away because there was an employee that smelled like a faint mixture of alcohol and marijuana while they helped us. I genuinely don't look to get them in trouble but I would like management to address because that being a regular occurrence would make me weary about returning but overall everyone was helpful and the facility was clean. We enjoyed our lunch together.

Took my kids for my daughters 10th birthday! There was 1 other family there. They had a blast! They were absolutely sweet about us coming late and didn't rush us out. We will definitely be back just for a fun time!!
