I can’t say enough great stuff about this place. (5stars) from booking our room to checking out. The other reviews are far from Accurate. The customer service is great, the rooms are clean and very nice the pool is freaking fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. We have no safety concerns. We will definitely be back!

My stay at the Quality Inn Midtown was extremely disappointing. We specifically requested a smoke‑free room, but what’s the point of that when the rooms next door—and even some staff—smoke inside or right outside the doors? All the cigarette smell comes straight into the room. On top of that, you can tell the previous guests smoked inside, because the odor was already trapped in the room when we arrived. The sink was clogged with who knows what, and the towels looked like they were white a long time ago. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained.
