Miguel EchevarriaNice hotel, spacious and very clean rooms. Great hot breakfast with awesome service. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The only issue we had was a clogged commode early Saturday morning at approximately 7:20 AM and when I requested someone from maintenance to come help I was told that there was no one at the hotel from maintenance at that time. I then requested a plunger and told them that I can come get it. They advised that they would bring one to me. The plunger arrived in a timely manner and I took care of the issue. I kept the plunger in the bathroom in case I needed it again.

Nacho SanchoLet’s start with the front staff. I had an issue; the manager (Thank you Barbara!!) remained calm even though I was clearly irritated. She helped me even though she didn’t have to and I will be forever grateful. Trudy and Ortasia (I hope I spelled that right) were a delight as well. Breakfasts were good, room was nice and even though the shower was lacking pressure and water capacity; the bathroom was better than I expected. We stayed 2 nights July 4th weekend and found that our location was prime. EVERYTHING was close. We DEFINITELY will stay here again.

info shopWe had a very good experience at this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service. A special thank you to the front desk, especially the young Black lady who was so polite, friendly, and helpful. She helped us change rooms right away, and after we checked out, she also helped us locate a necklace we accidentally left behind. We called the hotel just hoping for the best, and they got back to us the next day saying they had found it. We were so grateful for their kindness, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The breakfast was very good — fresh, well stocked, and had several options for everyone. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Janai BThis hotel was right outside downtown Charleston, very close to pin point and Wormsloe plantation. Very nice area with lots of food options. Rooms were clean and tidy, parking was honestly not the best but oh well what can we do, we all made it work. Breakfast was good as well!
